In this coming-of-middle-age dramedy, novice screenwriter and breast cancer-survivor, Nancy, meets a local film producer and believes her dreams have finally come true. After he steals her script by putting his name on her work, she is forced to turn to her queer daughter to help her take back her story, and her life.
